What is your cancellation policy?

We do allow you to reschedule if you’re unable to attend an event and require a 48 hour notice. Rescheduling should be made via email. Please type RESCHEDULE in the subject line. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space. Public events are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 10 attendees. Cancellations are not common and customers will be notified via email of cancelled classes.
