General Information

Paint Social Art is a painting party for you & your friends to join at local bars & restaurants.

Cocktails and painting create a unique, fun filled night that you and your friends will talk about over and over again No experience required! Our fun-loving artist will guide and teach you step-by-step to your completed painting. In just about 2 hours, you will go home with your completed masterpiece ready to hang.

We provide all the supplies needed to complete your Masterpiece –
canvas, paints, brushes, step-by-step instructions, easels and apron.
So all you need to do is just show up and get ready for a fun night out with your friends!
YES - Absolutely! NO experience is required and beginners are encouraged to come! Paint Social Art is about having fun! Our fun-loving artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting. No one is left behind.
If you have experience painting, you can follow along or improvise as much as you like. This is your painting and we encourage creativity
Refreshments, alcohol and food are not included. We keep our price for the art supplies and instruction and do not increase the price to include food and drinks. Our venues offer delicious food and beverages for you to purchase and enjoy. This way you can choose whatever you’d like to enjoy while painting.

We provide everything you’ll need to complete your painting – 16x20 stretched canvas, paint, brushes, apron and instruction by our fun-loving artist.
BYOB is not allowed in any bar/restaurant partnering for a Paint Social Art event. It is illegal in many states to BYOB. Our partnering restaurants and bars offer great drink and food options for you to purchase and enjoy!
We just want you to have a fun night out painting with Paint Social Art. Drinking is not required but is offered to painters who choose to have a drink.
While paint getting on your clothes does not happen often, we recommend wearing something that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on it. Baggy sweaters or very loose fitting clothes are more vulnerable to getting some paint on them.
Yes, but there is no discount. You will still need to pay the reservation price for the event.

Yes. Most of our events are at bars or restaurants with an adult atmosphere and conversation.
Yes! Paint Social Art has a 48 hour rescheduling policy. With the exception to death in the family and emergency situations, you must let us know 48 hours before your scheduled event. Only then will we reschedule your event. Paint Social Art does not issue refunds.

Ticket Information

Advanced reservations are required. We do not except cash, check, gift certificate, voucher code redemptions, or credit cards at the door. You can buy your ticket and make your reservation on our website up until the event starts or until it sells out, whichever happens first. For planning purposes, you need to have a reservation in advance with your name on our RSVP list or we cannot guarantee that there will be a spot for you to paint.

We do allow you to reschedule if you’re unable to attend an event and require a 48 hour notice. Rescheduling should be made via email. Please type RESCHEDULE in the subject line. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space.
Public events are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 10 attendees. Cancellations are not common and customers will be notified via email of cancelled classes.
To make your reservation and purchase your seat you must go to www.paintsocial.com and register.

3. Click on the painting event you’d like to attend
4. Fill out the Customer Information
5. Then click “Next”
6. Read through our billing and cancellation policy
7. At the bottom of this screen, fill out the Billing Information
8. Click “Finalize”
9. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered when registering.
We’re sorry but we don't take cash, credit cards or checks at the door. You will need to purchase your seat ahead of time to attend an event.

Voucher/Promo Codes

If you’re registering for your event using a discounted ticket voucher (Groupon, Amazon Local, Living Social, etc …) or special promo code - they all work the same when registering for an event. Yay!!!

1. Go to www.PaintSocialArt.com
2. Click on “Event Calendar” & select your desired geographical location
3. Click on the painting event you’d like to attend
4. Fill out the Customer Information
5. Enter Voucher/Promo Code in the “Promotional Code” box
6. Then click “Next” – This is where the allotted discount should be applied
7. Read through our billing and cancellation policy
8. At the bottom of this screen, fill out the Billing Information
9. Click “Finalize”
10. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered when registering.

If the code is valid, the allotted amount should be subtracted from the total cost of the full priced ticket ($45) on the Billing Information page

All of our public events will accept voucher & promotional codes
Fundraisers and private events are not eligible

Unfortunately, No. We do not accept vouchers & promo codes for fundraisers or private events.
Paint Social Art may change the painting on a specific date if we notice that it is not attracting many participants. Rather than cancel due to lack of participants, we will try a different painting and see if more people show interest. If you are unhappy with the new painting you can always reschedule 48 hours ahead of time.

Event Questions

Paint Social Art is mobile and we travel around to local bars and restaurants.

4. Click on the event you’d like to attend in the monthly calendar
5. This will bring you to our registration page
6. Fill out the required information & pay for your seat
7. You will receive a confirmation email with your event details
No, it is not necessary to bring printed confirmation. When you check in, all you need to do is give your name to the artist. Once you give your name, you’ll be set to paint!
We have a seat count down (typed in RED) once there are 10 seats or left at an event. So if there is not an event count down showing, there are more then 10 seats available.
When an event is sold out, this means that there are no more seats available for purchase.
No. We cap our events for the capacity of the venue to avoid overcrowding. Once an event is sold out we cannot add additional seats.

We don’t maintain a waiting list for sold out events. There can be cancellations, but they’re not very common and we suggest you choose another event.
We ask that you around 30 min prior to the scheduled event. This gives you some time to order food and drinks before hand and get settled in & ready to paint.

Unfortunately the seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

When you get to an event you may save as many seats as you’d like. You can save seats by flipping the canvases backwards on the easel.

Our events are about 2 hours long. You are welcome to stay longer at the venue to enjoy food and drinks, establishment permitting, Our artist will begin to clean up after the event is over.

Paint Social Art has a 48 hour cancelation policy. With accepting to death in the family and emergency situations, you must let us know 48 hours before hand. Only then will we reschedule your event. Paint Social Art does not issue refunds.


Changes to Events

Yes. Have the person who is taking your place explain at the door to our Lead Artist. It is helpful if you can forward your conformation email or print out to the person taking your place.
There is a chance that your event will be cancelled because of the weather. If this happens, you should receive an event cancellation email from Paint Social Art. We hope to send this email by 11 a.m. on the date of your event, if it is cancelled. When that happens, you'll be able to reschedule your event by replying to the email with your new event selection. We will move your reservation to your new event.
If you do not feel that you'll be safe traveling to or from your event, use your best judgment and stay safe. If there is a weather advisory in your area, we will waive our 48 hour cancellation policy and allow you to reschedule. Please let us know either before or within 24 hours after your scheduled event, which event you’d like to be rescheduled to. We will move your reservation to your new event.
If the event is canceled, Paint Social Art will let you know in advance via email. You can respond and let us know another date for which we can reschedule you.

Paint Social Art may cancel events due to inclement weather conditions, state of emergency, or if less then 10 painters sign up for events. This does occasionally happen during heavy vacation times & holiday season.

To make changes to your reservation, we require for you to let us know 48 hours in advance. Please contact us through our web site with an email titled “RESCHEDULE”. We want to be as flexible as possible but our events take planning & seats are limited. We schedule our staff and artists are compensated based on the number of seats sold.
