We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to make changes without notice in how we operate our service. Adjustments to our service may not be completely captured within these Terms of Use. Paint Social Art LLC events and availability at particular venues will change from time to time and could potentially change on the day of the event. The availability of a specific painter, painting composition and materials may also change at our sole discretion without notice. The paint, canvas, brushes, easels, aprons and artist may vary from event to event, venue to venue and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your seating location at the event and the lighting and other conditions in that particular area of the establishment. Paint Social Art LLC makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your painting or individual experience. Every painting will be unique and your painting will not be an exact duplication of the painting depicted on the website. Paint Social Art LLC is not responsible for the outcome of your piece or quality of the artwork including possible fading. Paint Social Art LLC will make every effort to begin the instruction at the designated start time and complete the instruction in 2 hours, however, the time it takes to begin and complete the instruction may vary based on a number of factors. You may not be able to attend a Paint Social Art LLC event due to capacity limitations of the venue. We recommend you purchase your ticket in advance and arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. As such, there may still be capacity limitations. Paint Social Art LLC may change without notice, the artist and what paintings will be painted on a particular night. Paint Social Art LLC paintings are developed by, and for, Paint Social Art LLC. You may not copy or reproduce the paintings or any portion thereof. Any unauthorized uses of the paintings are strictly prohibited.

Photographs and filmed content Paint Social Art LLC provides entertainment through painting instruction and we reserve the right to display and promote the filmed or photographed entertainment or other information through Paint Social Art LLC service, including our website and user interfaces, such as Facebook and twitter, to you in any manner we choose in our sole and absolute discretion.
